Backstory

here’s a short backstory

anthony: dreams of being one of the best merchants in the War Seas, for the adventure and for the money. Lives in a village

• The village is made up of small, traditional cottages, narrow paths, and a few farms. The houses have curved tiled roofs and wooden shutters
• There’s lush greenery all around. lots of trees, grasslands, and gently sloping hills.
• It’s near the sea but not a major port; ships anchor just offshore.
• Village center used to be bustling

It’s 11 AM and pirates have docked at the village again. Anthony thought they were just here for drinks, but their motives were far worse. The pirates raided the entire village and left barely anything behind. With the valuables they took, they also took the life of his uncle who was a merchant he looked up to

Anthony hated pirates from then on.

However, he didn’t let pirates stop his dream. He told his mother he wanted to be a merchant, but she declined;

“You saw what they did to merchant Klaus. You believe the same won’t happen to you?”

“We will travel the seas when things cool down… and we get more money”

“Is all you have not enough?”
